I bought a Buick Envision Avenir 2022 on April 30th 2022. At the time the salesman said the chips would be there in a couple of months, well it took 10 months for Buick to notify me the parts were now avail At the time the salesman said the chips would be there in a couple of months, well it took 10 months for Buick to notify me the parts were now available. so I called Jones Buick and scheduled me for 4/27/23 to lnstall, that didn’t happen I went to my appointment they didn’t have the parts. Now they say they are ordering them. So it will be another couple of months. I will never buy another Buick or do business with Jones Buick in the future. They apparently didn’t order the parts after the letter from Buick. More
I have taken our 2016 Buick to this dealership 3 times with the same problem. There is an electrical issue with the vehicle that causes the lights to go dim and bright inside the vehicle at random times a with the same problem. There is an electrical issue with the vehicle that causes the lights to go dim and bright inside the vehicle at random times and the transmission acts up on the highway when you accelerate it either has no power or it drops down a few gears and revs up. We left the vehicle with them for a few days and they couldn’t find the problem again so they gave the vehicle back. We picked it up and drove about 5 miles to a restaurant then went to leave and it wouldn’t start. Waited more than 3 hours for a tow truck and had it towed back to the dealership. Now they are telling me that they can’t fix it until I buy a $300 battery so they can try to figure it out. $300 for a battery? Sounds like a scam to me and what am I paying hundreds of dollars for every time I take it there for when they don’t fix anything?? The vehicle never had a problem starting till I got it back from the dealership so I wonder what they really did?? Time to go to a different location More
They had a 2500hd truck I wished to get some info on and Andrea quickly answered all of my questions about the truck. It wasn't at the dealership yet but was on its way from the manufacturer. Long story short, we worked out the deal over the phone, including the value of my trade-in, and I decided to purchase the truck. The entire deal was done over the phone including the financing. When I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was go into Brady's office (finance), sign the contract, give them my down payment and trade-in and was on my way. Eric the sales manager even had one of their employees give me a ride to the airport 45 miles away. I've purchased many vehicles in my years and this was, by far, the easiest and most seamless purchase I have ever done. I would gladly do business with this dealership in the future. More
Horrible dealership. I took out a loan for over $20,000 for a vehicle I purchased. I have had the vehicle for 8 months. Since I bought it, it had the power steering and rack go out. It took over 10 days fo for a vehicle I purchased. I have had the vehicle for 8 months. Since I bought it, it had the power steering and rack go out. It took over 10 days for them to fix it. Now the air conditioning and transmission went out. I purchase a warranty at the time of vehicle purchase. They have had my vehicle since June 7th, 2021. Today is July 25th, 2021 and I still don't have my vehicle back. The service agent assigned to my vehicle won't call me back, he won't answer my emails, and the I have left messages for the service manager that have not been returned. Stay away. When I purchased this vehicle the salesman was told this vehicle would be used for traveling. I can't even get out of the county with it. BUYER BE CAUTIOUS!!!!! More

This is after a prolonged argument about the matter at the dealership. Repairs to be done to the used Buick he sold me and commented on BBB site he would satisfy never were done. A check issuance was never received that left me $375.00 in the hole on scheduled fixes to the car. They marked up the Buick they bought used from a widow in a retirement home by $3000 (I contacted her) All total this dealership screwed me out of $3,375 on a car that was overpriced, in need of fixes, and misrepresented my trade-in value. More
