Warranty Scam I have purchased two vehicles from John Hall Chevrolet. I purchased warranties with both. I finally have an incident where I can use my warranty to I have purchased two vehicles from John Hall Chevrolet. I purchased warranties with both. I finally have an incident where I can use my warranty to cover a repair and the warranty company says that that it is not covered even though the gentleman who sold the warranty to me specifically stated that the repair I need would be covered in the event that were to happen. The warranty company told me that John Hall should have never sold me the warranty because it doesn’t apply to my vehicle. Now every time I try to speak to someone at John Hall they ignore my calls or tell me they’ll call me back without ever even talking to me. This is just the first attempt to get their attention and I’m nowhere near finished. Be where of their Shady sales tactics. More

Said, we pay 150% of book value, get a $100 Wal-Mart gift card for coming in, and other raffles. We get there, hoping we'd get an energized salesmen to give us options on trading in our Laramie but he was not helpful, didn't try to sell us anything, didn't bring up any raffles, and when WE asked about the 150% book value offer he started back pedaling and never offered to even have the 2015 truck appraised. We had money to spend and was disappointed with his lack of motivation. We are now on our to David Moss Chevrolet. More

Lack of service recommendation Second time my car has been dropped off and not throuroughly checked. A couple months ago I had the battery go and took it in. They replaced the battery, but obviously didn't even notice that in the dash it said oil change required. Even in the sticker they put in was overdue. Last week the cooling fan was srepkaced after some overheating issues and same thing once again. Why not recommend a service if you see it needs it. The only reason I have to go back is because that's where I have to take my work car to get serviced. My personal car would never go there. Get on the ball service department and do a proper inspection of the vehicle with proper recommendations. More
