I told him was I wanted and he was excellent about making everything happen quickly and on good terms. He didn't play the haggle game. I was given a first offer that was exactly what I wanted before I showed up. No xx, no negotiating necessary. It truly was a great experience. I was in and out with my new car in only a couple of hours. Greg K. was great from beginning to end. Followed up with a phone call and an email to provide me his contact info and make sure I was happy. The car is amazing. The service was very welcoming. I had bought/leased four Toyotas in the past eight years from Prestige Toyota but decided to go local this time. I'm so glad I did!
