He went above and beyond to make sure this was a pleasant experience which worked with my schedule! Lynn Desmond took care of my paperwork and had it completed before I went out to meet my new car. Brian Ruperti presented my new car and set it up for me. He even moved my EZpass into the new car! Next, Brian patiently introduced me to all of the amazing features, often having to repeat explanations. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable! Assuring me that it wouldn't be a problem, Brian told me to contact him with any further questions, and I have.
