We were pleased with Danny’s calm demeanor and infinite patience with some unsure and picky buyers. The process was smooth and at no point did we feel forced which is such a problem at other dealers. The finance department was calm and helpful, both gentlemen we worked with were knowledgeable and professional at all times. Alas, there is a small problem. The finance department only has one card reader? Customers should not have to be interrupted by a finance manager walking in looking for the reader and someone should not be made to wait while he goes to fetch it. Other than this small and easily remedied irritation we would give Johnston’s 10/10. We appreciate the customer service and zero pressure buying experience. More

Brian Luperti met us and started showing us a new "86" and an "IA" and we told him that they did not fit what we were looking for. After a couple of questions and answers, Brian understood what we wanted and brought us over to see a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Yaris LE that was in the corner of the showroom floor, showed us and explained all the features and benefits, and 'long story short' we walked out of the showroom with a contract to surrender our Scion TC lease and pick up our Yaris on Wednesday. Everything could not have gone smoother, a totally stress-free transaction with all the parts falling into place which we consider a great reflection on Johnstons Toyota and how professional all the people were in making this car buying decision so easy and pain free.... no hassles.... no pressure.... everything totally transparent.
