Sensational Jake and Brian made our time at your shop sensational. We had met Brian on Saturday when your shop was bulging with buyers and Jake stopped by to answ Jake and Brian made our time at your shop sensational. Then Jake greeted us on Monday because Brian had a health issue, and we came to a deal. Jake's help and personality were a bit surprising. Why? He dealt with us as a friend, a no nonsense guy who said he'd do his best so we would accept a vehicle with a moon roof we really didn't want. Brian was there to greet us when we came on Thursday to pick up the car. Brian walked us through the car, spent much time explaining features, how things worked and he demonstrated a patience that could only make his supervisors beam. As a retired college professor I know how to hand out grades. A+ for these folks and if I were to rate them on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being highest, I'd tell you they both rate a 15. More
