Great Experience!! I was in a car accident that totaled my car, so I was not expecting to get a new car, since my car wasn't even 2 years old yet! A great place to buy a vehicle! Worked with Patty King in the Internet Sales Dept. initially while looking for a new 2018 Tundra Limited. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant Worked with Patty King in the Internet Sales Dept. initially while looking for a new 2018 Tundra Limited. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with in finding the truck we were looking for. Gave a deposit and within 72 hrs. drove 3 hours to Johnston Toyota to finish the purchase and drive our new truck home. At the dealer we worked with Dan Aurora in Sales who was super nice and put together all the numbers and the initial paperwork. He also took us around the dealership to see our new truck and check it out before we went to the finance person and finalize the sale. We sat with Dan in Finance and he put the rest of the paperwork together and explained everything to our satisfaction. We then left the dealership to go about 3 miles up the road to our bank branch to obtain a Bank Check for the balance of our deposit. We were gone about an hour and when we came back we had to wait for over an hour to see Dan again because he was with a customer. Then he took another couple before us while we were sitting there waiting! We only needed 10 minutes with him once we got into his office to sign everything and drive off with our new truck and a 3 hr. trip back home. Meanwhile, Dan Aurora left me a new Toyota hat on the console of my new truck for me. While we were a little peeved to be kept waiting just to give Finance the $23k check, overall it was a pleasant and painless car-buying experience and we would recommend Johnston Toyota.
