Like Family My husband and I had been looking for a new car. We'd been to a number of different dealers before we went to Johnstons Toyota. It was there that we m My husband and I had been looking for a new car. We'd been to a number of different dealers before we went to Johnstons Toyota. It was there that we met Giovanni Alfonso. This young man was patient, understanding, honest and by the time we were done treated us like family. We brought our very busy 4-year old with us and when we needed to sit down to do paperwork etc. Giovanni took care of our son and entertained him. He went above and beyond. It's been almost a week and our son is still talking about his "new friend". He wasn't the only one who helped entertain our little guy and they in no way had to do it since they weren't working with us specifically. A shout out to Malik Calliste for letting our son use his tablet to watch kids shows. Of course, we love our new Highlander but it wasn't the car that sold us it was the people that worked there. He happened to be off,but a salesperson by the name of Gabriella,breezily showed us around. The second we didn't have a substantial amount of money for a down payment,we were basically dismissed and practically walked out of the dealership. She was very rude. We were debating whether or not to return again. We did, and met with Kelvin and Dan. They were amazing,and actually took time with us and did absolutely everything in their power to find us a car. I am so grateful for Dan and Kelvin for taking out time for us and working with a not so easy sell,or a huge commission. They should be recognized for their ethic and kindness. I will definitely come back for them over and over. More
