Best experience ever I had Gone to Johnston’s Toyota on Veterans Day, to look at purchasing a new Toyota Tundra, I was greeted by Jerry Ezra a salesman for the dealership, I had Gone to Johnston’s Toyota on Veterans Day, to look at purchasing a new Toyota Tundra, I was greeted by Jerry Ezra a salesman for the dealership, Mr. Ezra was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product I was looking to purchase, being that I currently own a 2007 Tundra and know that these trucks are the Best on the market, Mr. Ezra explained to me that the quality of these trucks have gotten even better then my 2007 Tundra. I explained to Mr. Ezra what I was looking to spend and what Tundra I wanted, without wasting anytime Mr. Ezra showed me a few Tundras on the property. After a few hours we discussed about ordering the 2019 Limited Tundra TRD 4x4 off road package that I wanted! After all said and done the truck that I wanted was ordered and promised that it would be at the dealership in a few weeks. I received a phone call on Monday 11/19/2018 by Mr. Ezra himself stating my truck was in and ready to be picked up! I’ve never had such a fantastic experience before from purchasing a vehicle. I will Never buy anything but Toyota and Mr. Ezra sealed the deal! Mr. Ezra treated me like I was part of the Johnston’s Toyota Family, and I can’t thank him enough. I will Be back soon to purchase my wife a new Toyota! Also Lynn Desmond from The financing department was extremely professional and took the time to carefully go over all the paperwork and money issues with my tundra I can’t thank him enough either! very bad experience with service dept I had my 2003 highlander timing belt replaced by them, and the car totally borken down next day on the way to the dealer to check the strange noise fr I had my 2003 highlander timing belt replaced by them, and the car totally borken down next day on the way to the dealer to check the strange noise from engine. I was told one craft part was not installed properly, while the car in the shop, they pushed my car around without proper care, all the rear bumper got lots of scraches. I thought a dealer should provide much better quality work, but this store really disappointed me. I will never go back to them. More
