Good experience After a month of going to multiple dealerships, researching and searching for a 2018 certified pre-owned Toyota Camry hybrid (and Honda Accord hybrids After a month of going to multiple dealerships, researching and searching for a 2018 certified pre-owned Toyota Camry hybrid (and Honda Accord hybrids) i ended up at Johnstons Toyota after seeing the vehicle i wanted online there. The one negative was that I was told by the person that answered the phone on my first contact that the vehicle had a moon roof, one of the specs i really wanted, which did not turn out to be the case when i got there after a >1+ hour drive. I would have taken a star off my review because of this if it had not been that the rest of my experience was very good. My sales person, Marc, was soft spoken, friendly and not aggressive which was a huge relief after dealing w/ many obnoxious sales persons prior. I expressed my frustration over the lack of a moonroof, he said he would discuss w/ his manager and came back quickly w/ a price i could work with. It was a pleasure and a relief not to have to haggle or deal w/ unpleasant people. Everyone was friendly and Marc in particular was able to answer all my questions and concerns. After walking out of many dealerships, i bought my car on the first day i visited Johnstons and could have drove off the lot that day. So it was quick, easy, and pleasant; unusual on all fronts for buying a car at a dealership. More

Turning in a lease I have puchased Toyotas from johnstons for over ten years. I recently made the decision to buy a different car. I still love Toyotas but just found a different car that was too good to pass up. I turned in my lease at 5pm and realized that I had left some important items in my car. I called johnstons at 9am. I spoke with Pattie who said they were in a metmeet took my info and said she would call me. 3 hours later I called back and spoke to Pattie again this time she asked if I bought a new Toyota. When I said I didn't her mood changed and she became rude and refused to help. A few hours after that I called and spoke to drew who was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. He said I "was not a priority". I chose not to buy a Toyota on a whim and I am sure I will buy another Toyota in the future but I will never be a customer of Johnston again and I will encourage everyone I know to shop elsewhere More
