We also purchased a Prius C from them in 2017 for one of our sons, and have just completed the purchase of a Camry SE maintaining our Toyota Sienna. Recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 limited. I first went through TrueCar Auto buying service, to get the fair price others had paid, then made an appt., after looking up the reviews of the sales Reps. went through TrueCar Auto buying service, to get the fair price others had paid, then made an appt., after looking up the reviews of the sales Reps. at the dealership. we met with salesmen Brian Ruperti. I have to say, the young man had a lot of good reviews and he did live up to them. Brian quoted me the MSRP and I advised him the TrueCar suggested price. not only did Brian honor it, he gave us a lower price. I've purchased several cars and it has always been a hassle, going back and forth and walking out. I hated every experience. I figured when purchasing a car, you just have to be prepared for it, unfortunately. This time around, it was a smooth experience, completely HASSLE free, as it should be. I will always advise customers to do their research and due diligence. I give Johnston Toyota credit for having an employee that cares for their customers, like Brian, good man.
