We knew going into Johnsons Toyota the kind of excellent service we would receive, you see this is the 10th car purchased for my family. We would definitely seek him out when we are in the market for our next vehicle. I will also offer a suggestion. I had called the day prior to our second visit and expressed an interest in 4 vehicles, indicating the time my wife and I would be in to see them. Upon our arrival, the status and location of 2 of the vehicles was in question. So a bit more preparation would have been nice. On a strongly positive note, I called the day prior to our 3rd visit and indicated a vehicle stock number we had an interest in. Kelvin took the intiative to retrieve this vehicle from another location an hour away. This vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived and the one we ultimately purchased. More
I purchased my 2002 Camry from Johnstons Toyota, and plan to purchase my retirement car from them as well. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive at Johnstons Toyota, for the following reasons: 1) I TRUST their recommendations, service-wise, for my car when I take my vehicle there for oil changes, or any repairs on my Toyota. I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me, nor do I feel like they over-charge or victimize me by making-up problems with the car, just to make a profit. Because of their integrity, professionalism, and accurate mechanical skills, I travel from Brooklyn, NY, to Middletown, NY, for everything my car needs, whether it's an oil change, inspection, and/or regular preventive maintenance. My decision to stick with Johnston is as a result of my satisfaction with them, especially after visiting other Toyota dealerships in Brooklyn, NY, & Queens NY. 2) They respect your time. You get in and out within a reasonable amount of time; as opposed to spending all day, or most of your day in a waiting room. 3) Without even trying, Johnstons Toyota, has won me over as a customer for life!! The employees at this dealership were extremely welcoming and very personable. I had issues with the financial aspect of getting the car I wanted. He called me multiple times after leaving the dealership with different options he came up with, which eventually resulted in me having the car of my dreams. Chris was extremely personable and is great at his job. Although issues with the insurance company both made us a tad frustrated, he found humor in it and kept the smile on his face. Overall I'm extremely happy with my decision of taking my business to this dealership. The pre-owned inventory is full of beautiful cars that are above ordinary. I will definitely be referring others to this dealership and will go back to them when I want something new. More
