Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. From the time you walk in the door everyone says hello and asks how you are doing. They go over he vechile and answer all questions asked. Even if you don't remember something they will to over it again. They also go over everything when you pick up the vechile. Very detailed which makes you feel comfortable. The service and parts departments operates the same way. They are very helpful and try to get what you need taken care of quickly. If a delay occurs they keep you informed of what is going on. This is our third purchase and will go back again and again. We also have reccomended them to other family members. More

That's why the decision of where to go to purchase my daughter's first car was a no brainer. However, we did visit another dealership first as part of being a smart consumer. That did not work out well, but when we walked into Johnston's Toyota last week and were assigned Kelvin, I knew we were home. Most importantly, I am confident that we will continue to get the same great service for all of our vehicles for many years to come. More
