The entire team was great to work with. The car lived up to its advertising. They spent 4 hours with us from test driving various cars, handling the financing, working with our insurance company and working to its advertising. That's why the decision of where to go to purchase my daughter's first car was a no brainer. However, we did visit another dealership first as part of being a smart consumer. That did not work out well, but when we walked into Johnston's Toyota last week and were assigned Kelvin, I knew we were home. Most importantly, I am confident that we will continue to get the same great service for all of our vehicles for many years to come. More
