I had called the day prior to our second visit and expressed an interest in 4 vehicles, indicating the time my wife and I would be in to see them. Upon our arrival, the status and location of 2 of the vehicles was in question. So a bit more preparation would have been nice. On a strongly positive note, I called the day prior to our 3rd visit and indicated a vehicle stock number we had an interest in. Kelvin took the intiative to retrieve this vehicle from another location an hour away. This vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived and the one we ultimately purchased. More
The employees at this dealership were extremely welcoming and very personable. I had issues with the financial aspect of getting the car I wanted. He called me multiple times after leaving the dealership with different options he came up with, which eventually resulted in me having the car of my dreams. Chris was extremely personable and is great at his job. Although issues with the insurance company both made us a tad frustrated, he found humor in it and kept the smile on his face. Overall I'm extremely happy with my decision of taking my business to this dealership. The pre-owned inventory is full of beautiful cars that are above ordinary. I will definitely be referring others to this dealership and will go back to them when I want something new. More
