I got my first Camry in 2003 and it was a used sales car with about 30,000 miles on it. I drove it for 326,000 miles on it before the transmission went bad. It was going to cost $4,000 to repair it so I decided to use it as a trade in and get a new one. I got a good deal and I hope this one last me as long as the first one. I called Johnston’s Toyota for Service on 8/16 at 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Bl 10:30am. Nicole & Julie set me up with an appointment at 11:30am for a full tune up. When I arrived I was wonderfully greeted and passed to Blair. Blair gave me a full understanding on the cost and time it will take to perform the work. Blair also set me up with a loaner so that I can still spend quality time with my family. Two hours later Blair called me advising me of the status my vehicle. Less than four hours I was driving my car back home. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but your Service department team went above and beyond to satisfy my needs! Thank you very much! More
