Purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Tundra. Within one year of purchase, developed a rust issue in the pick up bed. Side panels are now beginning to rust. Service manager, Peter Sherry, passed accountability to a regional inspector who denied claim saying that the rust was not bad enough to " put a screwdriver through". I am now stuck with a pick up that is taking water under a sprayed on liner from the rust holes in the bed. Additionally, the dealership covered up dents in the wheel wells with a new bed liner. I should have checked, but trusted them.....a BIG mistake on my part. This truck is going to rust away before it's paid for. More

Very friendly, straight forward business transaction, no games. Price was great less than the book value so no place for negotiation. Offers great deals with warranties and services. Tom and I lost our cars to Hurricane Irene. It was his way of expressing his appeciation for our loss and the happy addition of two new cars. We met with AJ and his beautiful wife and child and they were very kind and supportive. Paperwork was a breeze and you can't beat 0% financing. That same week we were evacuated once again and when I return to the dealership and told these gentlemen the cars and us were good; they were sinceely joyful and hugs and praise lifted my spirits immensely.
