We were so happy with this dealership, the sales person Travis and our whole experience that we ended up buying not 1 but 2 cars on our visit. After a horrible experience at another dealership with my last purchase, I was hesitant to go through this again. But Johnston's Toyota is fabulous. I have recommended this to many friends. I will be returning. I love our 2 new vehicles and the fact that we had such a great experience. Great job Travis!!!! I knew what I wanted and you helped make it happen. This dealership was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Jamie was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, even staying after hours to work with us. He went over and above to m beginning to end. Jamie was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, even staying after hours to work with us. He went over and above to make the sale work.He continually stayed in touch during all phases of the sale and I couldn't have asked for a more competent and nice person to work with. Jamie also spent a lot of time teaching us how to use all of the features of the car. Lynn was a pleasure to work with during the finance portion of our sale. He patiently went over all forms etc. with us.They are both an asset to this dealership. If you go there request them. More

this was a great experience buying a car. i have been visited about 3 other toyota dealers, but those experiences were very bad they wanted to sale only no matter what making me feel confusing and guilty visited about 3 other toyota dealers, but those experiences were very bad they wanted to sale only no matter what making me feel confusing and guilty to no accept what they put on the paper about numbers. and always make numbers high the vehicle price and porcentage rate. one of those dealer wanted to sale me a used car for same price of new car and when i say no they feel offended and they tread me bad, so i do not want to go back to that dealer. in johnstons toyota was totally different was great no presure to buy exellent treat and very profesional people. I give Johnstons Toyota of New Hampton a score of 5 on everything. My main reason is because I was not made to feel pressured at any point during my car search. We have been a customer with them since 2002 purchasing numerous used vehicles (over 10) and I cannot say enough good things about them. All of the people we have chosen above I have dealt with in one fas numerous used vehicles (over 10) and I cannot say enough good things about them. All of the people we have chosen above I have dealt with in one fashion or another, but every single one of them have been nothing short of professionalism and courtesy. Karen Desmond has primarily been our sales person. Kelvin has done back-up when Karen is off and Steve Jardine has also chipped in one time when I had a problem and I disagreed with a trade in value. Steve made everything right with the next almost new car that was most recently purchased in October of 2013. Folks, this is how it's done. Johnston's will do everything they can to make sure you are happy. They indeed take care of their loyal customers and want to make sure you leave them with a car that will not only fit your budget, but will benefit you in the long run. With the amount of driving we do, we now need very low mileage cars (under 15K). I guarantee you that this is a stress free environment. The service department is wonderful, alerting you to potential future maintenance expenses that are coming up. No pressure to have anything done right away unless it's a safety issue and even then, a loaner will be readily available for you 98% of the time. We won't be shopping anywhere else from now on.
