My experience with Johnstons Toyota was the most positive I have ever had with any car dealer since I started purchasing automobiles over thirty years ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, no haggling over prices and the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful and courteous. I got the truck I wanted and they were able to take care of all the paperwork quickly and with no hassles. I never felt uncomfortable at any time during the entire experience. Johnstons Toyota now has a loyal customer that will come back in the future and definitely tell others about them, in fact I have already told people at work about them. Even though I haven't had to bring it in for any service visits yet, I am confident that I will be equally impressed with the customer service provided by the service department. More

This was the third car we were purchasing from Johnstons Toyota in the last 6 years. We had previously purchased a Camry and a Corolla. Our salesman, Jamie Murcia, was wonderful. He explained the new 2012 Camry and how it had different options than the previous Camry. He was very kind and caring. Any questions that we had he made sure he answered for us. He told us what Camrys he had on the lot and which one would be suitable for our needs. Mr. Murcia also had me test drive a 2012 Camry. He also had me sit in the car we bought and went over all of details of how to operate everything. He then introduced us to Richard Valentin, Finance Manager at Johnsons Toyota. He was very helpful with our financing. Both Mr. Murcia and Mr. Valentin were very respectful and courteous to us. We would highly recommend Johnstons Toyota to all of our friends and family.
