Manny has been incredible since day one, he spent a lot of time with me, gave me a call as soon as there was an available vehicle that fit my needs, he's been very patience and attentive without being pushy. He took time to explain me all the features of my new vehicle. Luis was able to get me a finance rate even lower than what my personal bank offered me. Also a big kudos to GM Paulie who was able to value my trade more than anybody else. This is my very first Toyota and going forward I'm only going to get Toyota which by the way, it's the only make that doesn't add markup on top of mrsp nowadays. Everything felt so comfortable and easy and they helped me through every step. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke to in financing because he was also so helpful and calming throughout the entire prosses. I highly recommend this dealership especially for anyone buying a new car for the first time. Manny (our sales rep) was awesome and this was by far the quickest and most efficient experience I've had buying a car. At a time when most dealers were charging thousands over MSRP, Johnstons provided MSRP quickest and most efficient experience I've had buying a car. None of this "come on in and we'll see what we can do" nonsense. Easy decision for me when shopping for a new Highlander. They also gave me a great trade-in deal on my Sienna, even though it was 8 years old with 150K miles on it. Finance department was excellent. Manny went above and beyond, and was always available for questions and requests during the month in which we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Johnstons is not my closest dealer, but based on my experience plus the free oil changes / tire rotations for the first 25,000 miles, I will be returning there for all my service needs. And they have super tasty vanilla cappuccino! More
