Very satisfied While returning home from a weekend trip(Sunday), I noticed a loss of power on my vehicle. After checking all my gauges and still no power, I noticed several warning lights on and some flashing. I checked the owners manual for advice. The manual said to take to dealer. A little familiar with the route I was taking, I found this dealer a few miles away. Left the vehicle in front of the doors with all the information I could and my contact info. The next morning at approx. 8 o'clock, Bill called and said they would have it in the shop in about an hour. After troubleshooting all day, Bill called me with the bad news. It will be about a week to fix. He arranged a rental for me and kept me up to date with all that was happening and what additional things they have found. I cant say enough about this dealership. I am very pleased with the service they provided. More

After a bad experience with Toyota of Newton, NJ, we came home and called Johnstons. I spoke to Michelle their customer relations person who gave me their holiday hours. She asked if I wanted to make an appo home and called Johnstons. I spoke to Michelle their customer relations person who gave me their holiday hours. She asked if I wanted to make an appointment and since that seemed to be the problem at Newton I said NO. She told us to just come in and ask for her and we would be taken care of. We were greeted at the door by Kelvin Joseph and Michelle who just happened to be walking past us. We sat down with Kelvin who is a wonderful person . He was professional abut still very friendly and treated us like we were family. Within 15 minutes our trade-in was being road tested and things moved smoothly from there. I walk with a walker and my comfort, as well as my husbands, was constantly being looked after. The financial gentleman, David, was so helpful and we had all up front paperwork completed in no time. The next day David called me twice and because of a snow threat had no problem moving our pickup day up. We went to pick up our vehicle today and it was a repeat of the same wonderful treatment.
