Excellent "new car" buying experience Back in the Fall of 2015 my wife and I had gone to Johnstons Toyota to look over the Toyota line in the showroom. Salesman Rue Rab assisted us and, w Back in the Fall of 2015 my wife and I had gone to Johnstons Toyota to look over the Toyota line in the showroom. Salesman Rue Rab assisted us and, while we couldn't make a decision regarding a specific car at that time, he was patient and informative throughout our interactions. I kept Rue's card and looked for him specifically when I returned on February 26 to look at the Scion XB. While doing the "walk around" of the sizzling crimson mica XB on the floor he gave me the rundown on the vehicle. He suggested a test ride, and while I took some measurements regarding vehicle capacities, Rue exited to warm up an XB on the lot. We took a nice ride of a couple of miles over varied road surfaces to give me a feel for the car. The rest is history. I love this car. It is not for everyone but it is just right for me. Passenger space is important and when you drive the XB you have the feeling of being in a much larger car. Seating position is comfortable for my 6'3" frame and the tall windshield makes for great visibility . Following our test ride Rue and I sat down to discuss purchase price. He left me briefly and returned with a number that was fair and reasonable for the vehicle. Rue couldn't have been more helpful. I left the dealership and later returned with my wife to share a test ride and finalize the purchase. Assisting Rue was Paul Blazeski, General Sales Manager, who filled out the purchase agreement and answered our questions in a friendly, professional manner. Dan Rosenblum, Finance Manager, completed the paperwork for the day, and apprised us of extended warranties. Dan also finalized our transaction on Monday, February, 29. He was friendly and informative throughout. I can't say enough about the professionalism, organization and treatment that my wife and I experienced at Johnstons Toyota. Many thanks, John More

Honest, fair, calm, cool, and funny. No headaches were attributed to this sale all the way through today. Hardly any work was done on my part besides going to the Bank. I'd recommend Kelvin and this dealership to anyone looking for a new and/or used vehicle. Lynn and Dan in Finance were also a cheerful and respectful pair to deal with as well. Great buy all around. I have excellent credit 825+, $15000 cash in hand and ready to buy the car. There was no uncertainty in my decision to buy the car, yet they would not budge on their price. After leaving the dealership, I rethought my offer and came back with another offer the next day over the phone. The salesman Kelvin coarsest stated that " we have you our offer" to which I responded " I can't believe you people sell any cars". I will NEVER look at their website or shop at their dealership. I would encourage others to look elsewhere when considering a purchase of a Toyota. Kelvin, Paul , you've lost me and any of my business. Will be sure to share my experience. More

Great car, great salesman but Our salesman Don was great. I love my new Toyota. However, the finance manager was rude and far from pleasant. Gabriella Made Our Day! We walked in looking for a 2016 Tacoma, a model which hadn't quite been shipped to dealers yet. Notwithstanding, Gabriella Ward met us at the door and We walked in looking for a 2016 Tacoma, a model which hadn't quite been shipped to dealers yet. Notwithstanding, Gabriella Ward met us at the door and said "let's see what's in the pipeline." A half hour later she'd found exactly what we wanted and so we signed on the dotted line. She made our purchase a pleasure. Gabby followed up on her sale and guided us through the wait and the closing. Ask for her. She'll take good care of you. Just looking with no intention to buy at this time. Gabby Ward met me at the door and I explained I was looking for information. She was very welcoming, showed me the various models and then we test drove the Sienna and Venza. Afterwards she gave me detailed information on the various Sienna models and the Venza including pricing. All of this information was very helpful and I decided not to wait to purchase the car. Gabby, Paul and Lynn, while very thorough, made purchasing the car easy. When I picked up the car, Carmello gave me an in-depth orientation on how each of the various items worked and how to use the car manuals and website. I have gone back once with a question and Gabby was been terrific. She showed me what I was doing wrong and fix the problem immediately.
