Spoke to Ryan over the phone for a used Toyota Tacoma. Not only did they jack up the numbers from their websites online price, they told me I was 30k negative on my car where as everywhere else I was 16-1 Not only did they jack up the numbers from their websites online price, they told me I was 30k negative on my car where as everywhere else I was 16-18k negative. I have immaculate credit and have bought over 40 cars in my life. I know the process very well. This place is a straight ripoff. As far as the sales person Ryan, took 2 days to get back to me, it’s almost like he doesn’t even wanna sell the car to me. I will never buy a car from here. Ever… if this happened at the Land Rover dealership I currently work for, immediately sales person would get written up. Worst possible dealership experience ever, and that’s saying a lot considering I’m from nyc and have dealt with some absolute xxxxxxx dealerships. More
