First, I urgently needed a new windshield because I was about to go out of town. Not only did the Volvo service department replace the windshield that week, but Fred ensured it was available before the service appointment. Thanks to Fred’s prompt attention, I managed to avoid canceling my trip. The second incident involved a new tire with a slow leak that needed to be replaced. Fred was able to determine which tire he needed to order without seeing my vehicle. The tire was replaced, but the chrome valve cap, which I meticulously care about, was not put back on. I reached out to Fred because the service department was unresponsive when I called. Fred was able to find my valve cap in the service shop where my tire was replaced. He promptly mailed it to me, and I received it within a couple of days. While this may seem insignificant to some, Fred goes above and beyond to support his customers and Johnson Volvo dealership, which is crucial in a customer-facing business. More
