Take your chances - I would avoid it. UPDATE: They did finally reply to state that the discounted labor offer of 10% was "a difference of understanding" (even though it is in an email from them) and never addressed that the approval I gave based on their quote to me had an added 11% price ($225.75). I was also told by the Sewell rep that she is "unable to adjust the final cost of repairs" (the extra $225.75 added to what I agreed for them to do) & she said " I do hope that I have been able to address some of your concerns". She gave me the excuses & did nothing to make any of it right. Just know this is who you get, so be prepared. More
Originally I gave a five star review That has changed as the truck they sold me has multiple electrical issues and they knew about them. None of this was fixed before they sold it to me and they did not disclose any of these issues. These people are NOT to be trusted!!! More
On November 7th I took my 2023 Ford explorer to get the service department to find out why every time I plug my phone in to the USB cord in my vehicle that within 5 minutes of having it plugged in it turns service department to find out why every time I plug my phone in to the USB cord in my vehicle that within 5 minutes of having it plugged in it turns off my phone and when the phone turns back on it has a pop-up on it that says test application : no installed apps work with USB accessory. After looking at it they told me that it had to be my phone that was the issue not the vehicle itself. I informed them that the only time that this happens is when I have plugged my phone into the USB cord of my vehicle. They then inform me that from now on anytime I brought the vehicle in for this issue it would be self-pay. They also suggested getting a new USB cord. I did get a new USB cord and the exact same thing keeps happening sometimes two or three times in a day. After googling the issue it turns out that there is an issue with the Ford sync and some phones. What is absolutely ridiculous to me is the fact that with such an expensive payment for a brand new vehicle that now I will have to buy a different phone. My phone is an Android 12 so it is higher than the Android 8 that the manual says we'll work with the vehicle. So unfortunately even if I paid for a new phone while paying an expensive vehicle payment there is no guarantee that it will not do the exact same thing. Writing this review to warn other Ford buyers of this ongoing issue. More
Spent 2+ hours negotiating a price on a hail damaged escape. Walked out when they would not come down by $500 that I needed to purchase. At the SAME time he sent the quote he also said that someone else was now buying the vehicle??? Next day I receive a text that it fell through and now I can buy it - BUT NO - that was wrong too. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Waste of time. Go somewhere else. More

But he beeds his coffe so how does 9 am sound... I said well it all sounds like xx To me. I make 300 dollars a day. You cost a day OF pto. Did not offer anykind of price break or free service for inconviencing me completly. More

Called about a truck I saw online, told the lady that I really was interested in this truck and was paying cash. I made an offer and was told she would call me right back. I had an appointment for a service repair. Showed up and they couldn't find my reservation, showed them the email confirmation. Our warranty expired at 100,000 miles. Would you believe that at about 100,300 miles we experienced a problem with our brake system? After my visit to service dept. I understand why independent auto shops are so busy. Brought my F-150 in for what was believed to be an engine mount problem. On the call from the se I understand why independent auto shops are so busy. Brought my F-150 in for what was believed to be an engine mount problem. On the call from the service writer, about my engine mount concerns, it went to the yoke popping on the drive shaft as the problem. It needs to be cleaned, lubed, re installed and the costs would be $650.00. I said no, I had a mechanic at Elite Automotive, I will let him have a look. Cost me $185.00 to get my truck out of Johnson Sewell service dept., no work performed but since they we not getting the job, how about a $185 dollar screwing. Took my truck to my mechanic friend, at Elite Automotive, $137.00 later, problem taken care of, great service. Shop around folks, before you get a Johnson Sewell hosing. I gave them 3 stars, for what, I really don’t know! More
