They found nothing and reported that back to me, and also mentioned that device Hum had been found in other Lexus cars which had the same problem. I had installed the Hum 3 weeks previously. I've since removed Hum from the car. They were exceptionally polite and respectful the whole time and charged nothing for the service. So far, so good. More
