We were visiting. Durham called that morning because we had a service issue with our car. They made a loaner available and dealt with our car quickly. Great facility. 2 cautions for you to be aware of: - they did not TELL the truth about THE MAINTENANCE PLAN/COREY. manipulation. And - DMV TAX we were not informed that we have a Temp. Plate and we will receive an $850 b the truth about THE MAINTENANCE PLAN/COREY. manipulation. And - DMV TAX we were not informed that we have a Temp. Plate and we will receive an $850 bill from DMV later that we will have to pay to get a Permanent registration. Unethical practices. Btw this is our #5 Lexus…we are not new to Lexus but this time it is was BAD. More
