Justin found the perfect 2014 Lexus ES350 for me--Certified-Preownec, Super Duper Clean, Very Low Mileage, Very Low Mileage! I never had to go dealership to dealership test driving and looking for the right car. He gave me the information about the car and I went to my Credit Union the next day as soon as they opened and got approved for that car. He went to Raleigh to get the car for me. I test drive MY CAR and loved it. Justin is a tremendous asset to Customers and Johnson Lexus! I plan to refer my family and friends to Justin for their next car purchase. More

Streamlined experience responsible for our 3 Lexus purchases I was so LUCKY to be met by Danny Feagans when I stepped in the the Durham, NC Lexus dealership! We are self-employed professionals and don’t often ha I was so LUCKY to be met by Danny Feagans when I stepped in the the Durham, NC Lexus dealership! We are self-employed professionals and don’t often have the time to “car shop.” When I stepped into the beautiful showroom, I was greeted by Danny, who asked what I was looking for. Wiithin 3o minutes, I was taking the exact car that I had requested to my home to show my husband (who the car was for) prior to purchase! Who does that??? We were pleased to be able to inspect the vehicle and drive it at our leisure. We returned the following day and purchased the same model SUV, but in a different color! After the purchase, a representative came to our home (1.5 hrs away) and picked up the vehicle to get a few “husband add ons” installed. On a side note, my LEXUS SUV is 10 years old and I am still in LOVE with it! 200K miles and it still runs like new! #LEXUSLoyalty More

This is really important to me as a consumer when investing in a product like Lexus and in general. Unfortunately finance was the only downfall of this dealership, providing a long wait and mediocre service. My experience with Greg definitely outweighed that and is the reason I am going to come back and recommend my friends and family. More
