From initially working with Raphael Courchia on pricing to having the expertise of Arthur Wright IV as my contact with the dealership, the service was all far beyond anything I could have expected. Coming from three and half hours away, I was a bit wary about what things might be like when I arrived, but everything about the experience made the three and a half hour drive well worth it. Raphael even came in on his day off to greet me at the dealership and ensure things flowed smoothly. With Arthur's assistance that wasn't a concern, as he is the epitome of what a professional in this business should be. The added touch of not only the car detailed, gased and ready to go, but having it in the indoor bay for me to inspect, is something something so many other dealerships can learn from.
