First sales associate (Steve Macgilray -1) set a date and time. Upon arrival he basically blew us off and after 40mins waiting brought a different associate to find the car we had agreed to see! After a call from the Sales Mgr, our second Sales Associate(Rick Singletary) was super! 5+ Excluding the first Sales Associate it was a rating of 5! This is our 7th Lexus!!! More
