I am a single female and I travel alot of miles for family medical care. My car care is very important to my family. I am so grateful to have found this dealership and my wonderful service representative. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to experience a great relationship for their automotive needs. More
Not a good experience, I have bought new here now multiple times but will never buy new here again, sales experience was rushed, salesman took us on a one mile test drive, and then we were hurried an multiple times but will never buy new here again, sales experience was rushed, salesman took us on a one mile test drive, and then we were hurried and pressured thru the process, bought a 72k vehicle for full sticker price and couldn’t even get them to waive the junk fee for nitrogen, asked for some body side moldings that cost $240 and while the manager eryk we were working with supposedly checked, the salesman seemed annoyed we were waiting to sign on his til we got an answer, he smirked and said I can tell u right now they aren’t gonna do that. (Keep in mind he was spoon fed a 72k full sticker deal and got a free commission!) The arrogant attitude really showed how they felt about us. Of course they denied the moldings! Next we were told we need to hurry up or 3 more people would go into finance first to bill them out and me being 8 months pregnant, would be basically stuck for a long time, we were also told they pretty much didn’t care if we took the car or not as there were 20 other buyers that would come get it right now, keep in mind when we got on the list we we’re supposedly number 3 in line and we cancelled an Audi q8 order and waited several months for this one. Another problem is we ordered this RX500h with black wheels and it came in with some ugly gray wheels. Of course again there was nothing they could do and it was once again take it or leave it. So basically after telling us our business didn’t really mean xxxx to them we were offered take it or leave it. The problem at this point is the baby is due less than a month and I need an suv and my car is too small for multiple young children. Also we already gave up our Audi q8 build slot though and to this day wish I could go back with the Audi due to my crappy johnson lexus experience. So back to the story we reach out to Lexus corporate and the rep I’m working with sends multiple emails to Roger Yiu the dealerships General Manager asking for his involvement in trying to make our purchase and experience right. But of course his attempts go unanswered and Yiu never even calls him or us. Crazy thing is we WERE a repeat and loyal customer but now we know just how much they don’t value us. Oh yeah we had cashiers checks from navy fed bank for the vehicle and were a repeat customer and they actually held my license plate hostage for almost a week while the deal funded only to send back to us literally bent in half. This whole experience was crap & a joke, this dealerships a joke, the funny thing is there will come a time that there will not be a vehicle shortage and they won’t be able to mistreat their customers and I wonder how many they have ran off with their new take it or leave it we will call the next customer mentality. This was not the Lexus experience we have always received, this was a used car rock lot experience. They have lost our business and could care less. I will say steve the delivery specialist who taught technology of the vehicle was the only good thing about the experience, he did an excellent job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that will appreciate your business because Johnson is not it. They could care less about you and showed us that in our purchase. If only we could go back and go somewhere else we would. And just think about the fact the main guy at the dealership can’t even reach out to us or even answer Lexus corporate. THEY DONT CARE about you or a relationship, they just want another full price take it or leave it sale. But the market won’t always be like this and they will one day regret mistreating their customers. I wonder how many more feel the same way, I read several bad reviews and there standard response is a generic “reach out to so and so” reaponse. They should reach out to you not the other way around. The current staff has a lot to learn about customer service and relationships, because this is not the way a Lexus experience should be. Awful!!!!! More
