My wife and I had been looking for a particular exterior color (Iridium) and interior color (Palomino) in A ES300H Luxury model. We called the dealership and was lucky enough to be connected with David Zales. From the beginning and subsequent telephone conversations, I felt comfortable enough to fly from Calif to North Carolina to see the vehicle and meet Mr. Zales. I was completely comfortable and satisfied with both the vehicle and Mr. Zales that I purchased the vehicle that day. If I could rate my experience with him and the dealership it would be five out of five. I can honestly say because of him I flew 5-1/2 hours across country. Our salesman Kareem was great. He was knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and was very patient and presented a no pressure experience. We finished our deal well after closing time and the person who was to put the tag on the car must have departed and I ended up putting the tag on with my Swiss Army knife. On their appraisal sheet they listed a navigation system which is not installed on our car and the left front tire was under inflated and apparently has a slow leak which I will have to have repaired. But we are extremely satisfied with our Lexus and look forward to driving it for years to come. More
