Quite an expert, Mr. Dashiel Boye that is I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dash in selling my RX and leasing an ES. For two consecutive days (Sat. and Sun.!) Dash was with me almost all I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dash in selling my RX and leasing an ES. For two consecutive days (Sat. and Sun.!) Dash was with me almost all the time helping me decide what to buy/lease. I wasn't really determined to buy a specific model as I first was looking for an LS, then an ES, and finally I leased a new ES. Throughout the whole process, Dash was very patient showing me all kind of cars - online and physically at the parking lot - offering me deals trying to assist me in making up my mind. Oh... and I'm very picky guy! He really went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. I was driving rental car and my sales rep Dashiel Boye understood my problem and gave me a temporary car to drive around for a week. This is a good move to keep the customer with them, but not everyone does this before I pay any money upfront. They are very convenient with our work timings and is ready to answer our phone calls at any time, very professional and accommodating. More

But i was extremely impressed with the service and attention to detail of my sales and leasing associate, Ken Ward. From day one, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my next vehicle and he didn’t try to twist my arm into looking at something that was out of my price range for the sake of a sale. His follow up was perfect; just enough without being intrusive. He was able to get me into my current RX330 with a deal that beat even my expectations (and believe me, my order wasn’t exactly short:) ...He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Talk about great customer service!!! i can’t speak about other associates, i’m sure they are all are good at what they do. i just know that when i’m in the market for my next Lexus, i will be calling Ken!
