After he listened, he went away and came back with two vehicles fitting my description and my price point. I can't tell you how many times I was told to just pay $1k, $2k up to $7k more for things I didn't ask for. I didn't want to be sold, I wanted someone to help me get what I wanted. Eb did that and I appreciate that so much. All of that was on top of the vehicle being clean, in great shape, and beautiful. And I should say that the dealership was just great.
