I had my car to JL for service aboit a month ago! The service advisor knew I needed it back on a certain day! He failed to carry out and the Dealer Manager intervened for my expected return! A few days after return, all kinds of warning lights came on! A return of car to Raleigh did get it fixed! One item I requested was a new battery for my key remote! A faulty battery was installed, so once again, a correction was in order! Management did all they could to remedy the mistakes which does warrant 3 stars, but overall conscientiousness failed! I am happy with my car, purchased from Johnson as a nrw vehicle! More
