Dash was with me almost all I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dash in selling my RX and leasing an ES. For two consecutive days (Sat. and Sun.!) Dash was with me almost all the time helping me decide what to buy/lease. I wasn't really determined to buy a specific model as I first was looking for an LS, then an ES, and finally I leased a new ES. Throughout the whole process, Dash was very patient showing me all kind of cars - online and physically at the parking lot - offering me deals trying to assist me in making up my mind. This is a good move to keep the customer with them, but not everyone does this before I pay any money upfront. From day one, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my next vehicle and he didn’t try to twist my arm into looking at something that was out of my price range for the sake of a sale. His follow up was perfect; just enough without being intrusive. He was able to get me into my current RX330 with a deal that beat even my expectations (and believe me, my order wasn’t exactly short:) ...He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule.
