I wasn't really determined to buy a specific model as I first was looking for an LS, then an ES, and finally I leased a new ES. Throughout the whole process, Dash was very patient showing me all kind of cars - online and physically at the parking lot - offering me deals trying to assist me in making up my mind. Oh... and I'm very picky guy! He really went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. I was driving rental car and my sales rep Dashiel Boye understood my problem and gave me a temporary car to drive around for a week. This is a good move to keep the customer with them, but not everyone does this before I pay any money upfront. They are very convenient with our work timings and is ready to answer our phone calls at any time, very professional and accommodating. More
