I always call him prior to my visit and he gets the ball rolling real fast without hesitation. He's knowledgeable of the vehicle I like, the new items being offered, the best situation for me as far as terms, the cleanliness I expect of the vehicle, and my time. My max time to capture the deal is 2 hours and that includes all paperwork. Also, I can say anytime I bring the vehicle in for service he comes over to greet me. The deal is always sealed with a gift and a picture. My salesman is the BEST. More
