He helped my elderly parents negotiate an extremely fair lease, took great care in his explanation of what would be in their best interest, was not pressuring and was extremely supportive. He was able to include me in on the process to make sure I felt comfortable that they were being taken care of properly. His sales and service departments are tightly run with great staff. While I live in NY, I will be working with him in the future for my own car and those of other family members. Great job on all counts!! More
