Everything I needed to know about my purchase was explained to me. I felt like Tim was really looking out for me and trying to give me a good deal and make sure I was happy with my vehicle choice, not just trying to sell me a car at an unreasonably high rate or try to push me into a car that would give him the most profit, like the other dealerships I have visited. He set us up with an appointment the following morning with Eric Dahlgren, a delivery specialist, whose sole job is to instruct the customer on anything and everything about their new vehicle. I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus RX 350 from Johnson Lexus. To say that my buying experience was Superb is putting it mildly. My Salesperson was Zack Gray. I cannot say enough good things abo Johnson Lexus. To say that my buying experience was Superb is putting it mildly. My Salesperson was Zack Gray. I cannot say enough good things about Zack. He is courteous, professional, kind and very, very patient. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle that I was there to see was not available. He let me test drive a similar vehicle. I let him know how important certain features were in a car (such as the Nav system). Later that afternoon, I received a call from him letting me know that there was an RX 350 available that had all of the features that I had been looking for. It had already been a long day and I did not have time to swing back around to Johnson Lexus, so he BROUGHT THE CAR TO MY HOUSE for a test drive. OMG!! As I test drove the car, he listened very intently when I asked questions about the NAV system and my concerns about how much it would cost to update it. To my pleasant surprise, when I decided to purchase the vehicle, he offered an updated NAV system as part of the deal !!!!! And, when he went to present the car to me, he had it on display in a special showroom. I felt like a celebrity when I walked in and saw my new car there displayed with a big red bow on top! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zack Gray for anyone interested in purchasing a car from Johnson Lexus. You will not be disappointed!
