Having done my research on the Lexus I found them to be competitive and most willing to meet as well as trying to beat any competitive price. Mr Gray was most professional as well as seeking to making me feel right at home as to answering any questions I had. He is an asset to your company and puts in 200 % to get the job done. I became and remain fully satisfied with the Lexus experience. I will recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. I drove from Fayetteville, an automobile car town to do business. TRAVIS IS THE BEST SALESMAN I'VE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! We have purchased 2 SUV's from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh within the last few months, a GX460 & an LX570. We purchased both of them through Travi We have purchased 2 SUV's from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh within the last few months, a GX460 & an LX570. We purchased both of them through Travis. I called ahead of time on our first purchase & said we weren't ready to buy, but we wanted to test drive the SUV's just to see what we liked. Never once did we feel any pressure to buy that day! Travis was friendly, more than helpful, personable, etc. We ended up buying a GX460 that day. They delivered the car to Morehead City, free of charge. The gentleman that delivered the car & explained how to use the features was equally as friendly & helpful. 2 weeks ago I purchased an LX570, again through Travis & I had the exact same experience. Never once did I have that "ugh, I hate having to go through the hassle car buying experience". From the time of test driving, to agreeing on a price, to signing to paperwork, to the young lady that explained all the features of the car to me, to the manager introducing himself, then me driving away with my new car, and then to the lady that called a week later to ask how my experience was...Every second of the experience was 100% high end service. I have since been back to get an extra key made, and had my car washed (for FREE!!!)... While I waited I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Being a first time Lexus owner, I was highly impressed with the overall customer service of Johnson Lexus from the ordering of the car to its delivery. Being the very peculiar person that I am, I just had with the overall customer service of Johnson Lexus from the ordering of the car to its delivery. Being the very peculiar person that I am, I just had to pick out a car miles away. However, Travis told me the expected arrival time of the car and when there were additional transactions that needed to be made, he made it his business to keep me abreast throughout the entire process (even being out of town and in training). He was very friendly from the first email inquiry, all the way up to the delivery of the car and beyond. Not to mention when I came to look at the inventory, it was freezing outside. However, not once did he complain when I wanted to look at car after car, before finally going back to the original type/model that I initially came to test drive. He was not only a friendly and polite professional in person, but he carried that same demeanor over the phone. As, I always think it's great customer service when you can hear someone's smile through the other end of the phone! Throughout the entire ordeal, this dealership made sure I was treated with royalty. They even went the extra mile of providing me with a demo until my car arrived. Even before my car arrived, Travis reduced my signature time by handling some of the paperwork via the great technology of the world. And when I was finally ready to close the deal, I went into Simon's office and he had everything already laid out on his desk and ready to sign. He covered everything with me and wasn't to pushy, which is was definitely to my liking. Lastly, Moses Norman was my delivery specialist and he too far superceded my expectations of a dealership. The first day I picked it up, we were expecting an ice storm so Norman went over the basics of what I needed to know because I forewarned him that I didn't like to be away from my home in severe weather conditions. He kindly asked me if I would like to come back on a more convenient day and since the weather permitted, I was back the very next day. Norman was patiently waiting on me when I got there and thoroughly went over each and every feature of the car and was very knowledgeable when I wanted to be clear about certain features. The car was very clean and nicely wrapped with a big red bow and lets not forget the thoughtful gold item(s) inside. And although I teased Norman about taking my picture, I really thought that was a very nice gesture and will be a memorable moment of my life. So overall, I must say this is by far the BEST customer service that I've ever received at any dealership and I have purchased several cars thoughout my lifetime. So if you're in the market for a new Lexus, I wouldn't suggest you going anywhere else but Johnson Lexus! Trust me, I'm not easily impressed but I can say they won me over for when I'm ready to purchase my next Lexus. If I'm lucky,Travis and Moses will still be somewhere in the lovely, welcoming facility! More

He took the time to explain things that I didn't understand as the car buying process was new to me. I did not feel overwhelmed. The process was very fast and I was able to purchase the car that I wanted at a very reasonable price. I was impressed with how polite everyone was, the customer service that I received was outstanding. In addition, Mr. Moses Norman worked really hard to inform me of all of the features of the car and to program everything to my comfort level. From the test drive, to the car presentation my overall car buying experience was amazing and is one that I will remember forever. I will defintely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family members and I will soon be back for another purchase!! More

The Sales Associate, Sergio Escarcega, explained in great detail the benefit of ownership of the RX350 and was successful in gaining our confidence in him and in the dealership. Once we had decided on purchasing the vehicle, our price negotiations went very smoothly, with give and take on both sides, while maintaining dignity and poise at all times. I value this experience and the personal interaction with Sergio, and recommend he be considered for additional responsibilities at Johnson Lexus. The salesman Mr Gray was very insightful and friendly.And the finance manager was very nice as well and he took his time explaining the paperwork to me. I am loving my car. I went from a Mercedes SUV to a Lexus RX350 SUV and I have to say I'm enjoying my Lexus a lot better. When the time comes for me to purchase another car I will return to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I came into the dealership looking for a used Mercedes I found online. I ended up leasing a new Lexus instead. I had never really looked at a Lexus and knew next to nothing about them. Zach explained the different size options starting at the bottom and slowly stepping up based on my needs and interests. He wasn't pushy at all, never once did I feel like he was making a sale, he was just showing me cars. I'm a pretty picky guy when it comes to my cars and salespeople, and Zach nailed it. Jeff is a great manager to work with as well. He was patient, friendly, and honest. He appraised my trade from iPhone pictures because I was in my work vehicle and I lived over 20 min away. When it came down the payments, and interest rates, EVERYONE from Jeff to Ed in finance and plenty of other people behnd the scenes did everything they could to get me where I wanted. I really feel like everyone bent over backwards just to make me happy. This was my first purchase from Johnson Lexus and I don't think I'll shop anywhere else. I was at the neighbor Mercedes dealership earlier that week, and it didn't compare at all. The sales guy seemed uninterested in me because I'm 25 years old. He actually asked me if my parents were going to co-sign....BEFORE THE TEST DRIVE! Anyway, not only was the buying experience awesome, but the delivery process was that much better. Gift baskets, personal "delivery specialist", giant bow on the car, got my picture taken (against my will haha) ect. ect. They really make you feel like a valued customer. I couldn't imagine it getting much better than this. My girlfriend is ready for a new car soon, and I switch cars every year or so, and I promise you, it will be at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Hands down. More
