I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus RX 350 from Johnson Lexus. To say that my buying experience was Superb is putting it mildly. My Salesperson was Zack Gray. I cannot say enough good things abo Johnson Lexus. To say that my buying experience was Superb is putting it mildly. My Salesperson was Zack Gray. I cannot say enough good things about Zack. He is courteous, professional, kind and very, very patient. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle that I was there to see was not available. He let me test drive a similar vehicle. I let him know how important certain features were in a car (such as the Nav system). Later that afternoon, I received a call from him letting me know that there was an RX 350 available that had all of the features that I had been looking for. It had already been a long day and I did not have time to swing back around to Johnson Lexus, so he BROUGHT THE CAR TO MY HOUSE for a test drive. OMG!! As I test drove the car, he listened very intently when I asked questions about the NAV system and my concerns about how much it would cost to update it. To my pleasant surprise, when I decided to purchase the vehicle, he offered an updated NAV system as part of the deal !!!!! And, when he went to present the car to me, he had it on display in a special showroom. I felt like a celebrity when I walked in and saw my new car there displayed with a big red bow on top! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zack Gray for anyone interested in purchasing a car from Johnson Lexus. You will not be disappointed! Even after the sale, he still keeps in touch to make sure that I am happy and to see if there is anything that I need. I have never had that kind of experience. Usually once the sale is over, the Salesperson moves on and forgets about you, but not Zack. He is by far the best Car Salesman I have ever dealt with! Zack Gray and Johnson Lexus will make you feel like a VIP. More
