During the entire business transaction, Sergio was very professional but at the same time he was fun, friendly and entertaining and really knew his business. Condescending and Incredibly Unhelpful Management This was the worst car buying experience of my life. We had a great sales lady who helped us in the beginning, but the management are the typical cond This was the worst car buying experience of my life. We had a great sales lady who helped us in the beginning, but the management are the typical condescending, sleazy used car salesmen that you would expect on a used car lot. We had a peculiar situation, but they dealt with us so terribly I cannot stress enough how I think no one should deal with this company. We picked out a car and paid for it. They cashed our checks and we signed paperwork. After a week and a half, they told us they found a "fake" part that won't let it pass NC inspections. We found out later they had already sold the car 2 days prior. We also later found out that the car was not inspected before being put on the lot for sale, which to my understanding is something a dealer is not allowed to do in North Carolina. They said they would find us a new car and make everything right for us. After not getting a car for us after 1.5 months of having our money, they started to be unhappy that we wanted a specific car with specific details about that car. We wanted what we paid for and signed a contract to obtain. They stopped returning phone calls the last week and a half of dealing with them. We eventually got our money back almost 2 months after giving them our money. The management acted like they didn't care about us at all and we were inconveniencing them by giving them money for a car they had for sale. The fact that they have suspect cars on the lot without inspecting them is bad enough. When you add in the horrible management, this dealership is a terrible place to deal with. Buy your used cars elsewhere if you want to get good service and respect along with a good car. More

I felt like he had my best interest at hand the entire time and he actually helped to calm my anxiety that I had about purchasing a new car. I must admit that I was not having the best day, but he instantly made me relax and I have since recommended him to all of my friends and family. The entire staff assisted me and made me feel as though I was the only customer in the dealership, not to mention that I actually met the owner of the dealership! The staff celebrated the new purchase with me, which speaks volumes about how they put their customers first. It only took about 2 hours including the time that I spent test driving and cleaning out my old truck, which is way faster than other dealerships that I have experienced. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone! More

Go to the Durham dealership if you want Lexus service Awful service experience. This place has really gone downhill. Poor quality work and they didn't stand behind their mistakes.
