From the beginning Johnson Lexus impressed me through an excellent sales team (Gerry Dorner / Jackson Szyperski), very fast response time and great customer service. I felt no sales pitch / push and received the facts / info I was asking for. Everything was well organized and I have never had a smoother buying process. Last but not least, when I picked up the car you could clearly see that they detailed (!) the car inside and out. Their team must have had invested hours to assure my son had that big, fat smile from left to right on his face. Something priceless when you buy the first car for your kids. I live in Charlotte, NC (3-hrs drive). However, the entire experience was so pleasant and positive, that I will definitely come back to check their inventory next time I am looking for a car. You see, when I went to Johnson Lexus, I had no intentions of buying a Lexus vehicle. My husband and I test drove numerous other vehicles before deciding to drive the ES 350. Zack answered all our questions on all the vehicles we test drove and listened to all our concerns. He was honest in his responses and able to offer us suggestions. Surprised by the shadiness Went in for a specific car, drove it, inspected it, loved it. Sergio told us there was a deposit to hold it till 4:00. We told him we would buy if the deal fell through. He went into a back office, came out and said they don't actually do deposits so we could buy it now. We informed him that we didn't operate that way and please contact the prospective buyer. We decided to make use of the time and look at some other dealerships. A bit after 4:00 he called and said we could have the car. He met my price but we had just agreed to buy another car. Our previous experience had made us a bit wary so we had decided to go with a slightly lesser car. He then kept texting me telling me I could walk out on the deal, cutting the price, pushing their "extras" until I blocked his number. I like bang for my buck and lexus Johnson definitely had the cleaner, better Lexus but the sales techniques turned us away. It was a surprising experience for such a highly rated dealer. More

It had many of the features I was looking for and it was in my price range. I was able to get a fair trade in for my current vehicle and was comfortable with the deal they were able to negotiate. My overall experience was excellent. My husband and I live about 85 miles away from the dealership so it was late on a Saturday when we arrived. Our salesperson, Shawna Dubinion, was very helpful. She assured us we would have enough time to test drive the car and workout a deal. Eventhough it was time for them to close, we never felt rushed. The customer service was outstanding. We were able to drive our "new" car home that night. The dealership had someone(Jim Moss) come to our house 85 miles away to sign our paperwork so we wouldn't have to drive back. He explained the features of the car and got my bluetooth setup. Mr. Moss treated us like family. The service department was also wonderful. I took my car in to have a remote ignition installed and they arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. It took a few days but Shawna was calling me periodically to check on the status and to make sure everything was OK and keeping me informed. She was very friendly each time. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the entire staff. More
