The Lexus SUV was actually out of the price range we had established, but he showed us a very nice clean used Mercedes GL 450 with just 17K miles. He was truly a help, not pushy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He let US make the decision on the SUV, and WE made the decision on the SUV for us. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase for the benefit of the salesman, but for the benefit for us. If you have to purchase a car/SUV from anyone in Raleigh, I suggest you go through Mr. Hunt! The price was amazing for the mileage, so I arrived at the dealership on the morning of Saturday April 4. I met Sergio Escarcega in the parking lot, and we drove around looking for the car. I was impressed with the volume of used cars there, and we found the Forester up on a rack in one of the service areas. I knew as soon as we started the test drive that I loved the car. Sergio was so professional and efficient as we went through the paperwork. He arranged to get me a loaner car, since I had to leave my Honda that I was trading in - that was HUGE! He also called me a few days later to let me know that the Forester needed some additional repairs, which were being done at no charge. I picked the car up this afternoon, and I am so happy! Sergio made this be BEST car buying experience I have ever had- I bought a used 9 year old car, but he treated me like I was purchasing the most expensive Lexus on the lot. I will be recommending Johnson Lexus to anyone looking for a new or used car, and it is because of the wonderful buying experience I had with Sergio. Thank you Sergio!
