Christian Davidson is the finest example of a professional salesman, for any product or service, I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is a credit to Johnson Lexus and car dealers everywhere as he is the antithesis of every negative car salesman stereotype that exists. Months after our purchase he still remembers our names (and that of our pet) when we visit the dealership for oil changes. The support, delivery and service staff were great as well. Very Pleasant Experience Five months ago, stopped by in passing to browse and check out an IS250. Had no intention of buying anything. But when my wife spotted the NX200t it Five months ago, stopped by in passing to browse and check out an IS250. Had no intention of buying anything. But when my wife spotted the NX200t it was all over. Jay Dyer met us, and helped us kick the tires and take a hard look inside and out. Then we left to talk it over. Called Jay several days later to schedule a test drive and that was almost enough for us. We considered and tested other makes, but the NX was our choice. NX models were in short supply, so we had to wait a few days for a car equipped to our liking. When one came in Jay called and we looked at it, drove it, and brought it home the next day. Throughout the process Jay was easy to talk to, courteous and helpful. He was patient with us, and made it easy to shop, examine available features, etc. We've been back for "service" four times, to install accessories and get complimentary car washes. Everyone we've talked with has been topnotch. All our experience to date has been quite pleasant and we are very satisfied. More

My sales associate, Nick Hsieh took very good care of me from the moment I stepped into the showroom. Before I test drove my vehicle, Nick and I sat in the car and he explained various features to me. He was patient and answered any questions I had. He also was readily available via email, text message even after hours when I had additional questions. Service has been prompt and courteous from each person I dealt with. We were uncertain if we wanted to trade cars and, if so, whether to buy or lease. He not only introduced us to the car on our first visit, as expected, but also introduced us to the business staff who could answer our questions regarding the pros and cons of leasing. He followed up with an email to us but didn't hound us as some sales people do. Once, we decided what we wanted to do, which was about 3 weeks after our first visit, he was very efficient in getting the car located and helping us finalize the deal on a schedule that met our needs. Christian Davidson intro During a recent service appointment at Johnson Lexus, I decided to "kill some time" by looking at new models in the showroom. Christian Davidson introduced himself, patiently and diligently answering any questions that I had. As a result, I decided to give some consideration to turning in my '12 ES350 and going into a '15 ES350. However, I was adamant about retaining certain features which I really liked about my car, including the color. What would be the odds that finding a new car with those specifications would happen? Yet, Christian did find one ... and in a matter of days! He then patiently allowed me time to think about this seriously and was ready to proceed when, and if, I gave him the word. I cannot give plaudits enough to Christian who was knowledgeable, thorough, consistent in follow-up, considerate, polite, and appreciably professional. His adeptness at working with people is to his credit and to the benefit of Johnson Lexus. Because of him, this was a satisfying, stress-free experience.
