Ken Ward and the staff went over and above to ensure we were well taken care of. We live over two hours away and due to a conflict they stay late to make themselves available for us and ensure all our questions were answered and the car was ready for deliver late on a Saturday night. Kudos to Ken and the staff for making the customer come first. More

Kenneth Ward made finding the right vehicle, getting the right price, and making our purchase a smooth experience his top priority. He treated us like long time customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone. In addition, Eric with delivery was excellent in helping us understand all of the features the car had to offer. Every person we have encountered at the dealership has been very kind and we look forward to doing business there for years to come. More

He was attentive, responsive, respectful, and a true pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted and that I was in and out as quickly as possible. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Johnson Lexus for its product and for its service. Especially Christian! More

Tim Lyon has always done an outstanding job and provided excellent customer service after the sale. This time was no different. From our initial phone conversation through the delivery of my ES 350, I could not have asked for a more pleasant, stress-free experience. Simon Lunt did a great job handling the paperwork, just as he did with my previous purchases. Tim and Simon do a commendable job representing the Lexus brand. I had moved away from Lexus to several other brands over the past few years and was never truly satisfied. I'm glad to be back with Lexus and a part of the Johnson Lexus family again. Nick was very helpful in explaining and comparing the features of different vehicles and help us in zeroing in certain models in the first visit. He also introduced my wife and me to the general manager Roger Yiuu. Nick is very patient and listened to customer's need. He also explained the features of the car very well during the test driving. He helped us identify the specific vehicle that meet our needs in the second visit. Mr. Yiuu helped us in making the decision of choosing the car on the lot or a car from out of state by comparing pro and con of either choices. Mr. Yiuu gave us a very good deal in pricing in the final choice. Nick Hsieh is also very helpful in answering questions after sales. I will not hesitate to recommend Nick Hsieh and this dealership in buying new cars. More
"Awesome" My husband called Gavin Sherk (Lexus of Raleigh)to let him know that we were interested in trading our IS 250 Lexus. Upon arriving to the Lexus deale My husband called Gavin Sherk (Lexus of Raleigh)to let him know that we were interested in trading our IS 250 Lexus. Upon arriving to the Lexus dealership of Raleigh, my husband and I saw a white Lexus not sure about the details of the car but we thought it was nice. We went into the dealership, met Gavin, did a little paperwork, never discuss what year, or color vehicle I wanted. All I know is that I didn't want a black or silver vehicle. So Gavin says, lets go see your new car. It was the same car that we saw upon arriving on the dealership, A white 2014 IS Lexus. Gavin had picked this car out for us, had it parked in the front and had it cleaned just for us before we arrived and it was to our satisfaction that we purchase the 2014 IS Lexus. The weird thing about this is we never looked at any other cars on the lot. Thank you so much Gavin for the best customer service ever. You exceeded our Expectation. God Bless More

I ha I have had a great experience with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I purchased my first Lexus in 2006 and was reluctant to trade it in on a 2015 Lexus. I had such a good experience with my first one and didn't know if I should let it go. It had been such a great car. However, Moses Norman got me a great deal so I took that plunge again. I have always been happy with the sales and service departments, so I didn't even look anywhere else. Thanks again Johnson! More
