My wife said look around and we found Christian Davidson at Johnson Lexus--he knew I wasn't looking and there was no pressure to get a car. He worked with us for over two months with no pressure and my wife finally, with Christian's help, got me that new car. They searched for the model I wanted and got it from GA. The whole process was enjoyable including help from the General Manager Roger and the financial 'closer'. Nowhere along the line did they try to 'up-sell' us. Then Eric walked us through the technical details of driving a 'computer' and both Eric and Christian said to please call with any questions (and there will be some). It is nice to know that the service continues after the sale. More

I live 2 hours from Raleigh and to save me from having to make another trip, all negotiations were made by email and the car was delivered to me. The driver was a notary so all paperwork was done at my home. Very convenient! Great customer service. More

He was able to answer all my questions, if he couldn't, he went to get the answer. He was not a high pressured salesman, which I liked about him. He was cordial, and pleasant, with an outgoing personality. Once the sale was made, I was turned over to other individuals (not remembering names), that completed the finalizing of paperwork, and turning over the vehicle to me, with all the ins and outs that I needed to be aware of. What a great experience. I've been to many dealerships, throughout my life, and it's been a long one. This one is the best, and probably will be my last. More

Everyone involved was top notch and had I known before hand that I needed an AWD RX 450h for towing purposes, I would have gone to Johnson Lexus to start with and saved on the deal. If you are looking for a Lexus, new or used, make it your first stop! More

He answered our questions to our satisfaction and pointed out all the features of the cars we were interested in. He had a great personality and seemed genuinely interested in our comments and questions. The finance person also wasn't pushy in trying to get us to buy an extended warranty and thanked us for allowing her to make her presentation. We were shown how to operate all features of the car that we were interested in instead of being forced to sit through a mandatory walk through of all the car's gadgets. More
