They sold me Ni When the temperature changes every year, the low tire pressure light on my GS350 comes on, but Johnson Lexus said they had a solution! They sold me Nitrofil, which they said would prevent the psi of the tires from fluctuating with the air temperature. Unfortunately, it’s never worked, and I continue to have the problem after 2 years. But instead of offering a fix or even a refund, Johnson Lexus said that I can choose between these options: (a) drive 135 miles from Wilmington NC to Raleigh so Johnson can top off the tires ($50 for gas plus 4 hours to drive), (b) find someone in Wilmington who will top off the tires with Nitrofil for free, or (c) have someone in Wilmington top off the tires with regular air (which he admitted will dilute the Nitrofil and make the problem worse). What kind of a SCAM is this? Why is Lexus selling this product to fix this problem if it DOESN’T FIX THE PROBLEM? More
