If you are a reasonable fair buyer whose goals when buying are similar to mine, I'm sure you can expect the same satisfactory results. MY GOALS FOR A GREAT CAR DEAL: To get a fair market price; For the seller to get a fair profit; For the salesman to get a reasonable commission. No one walks away feeling disadvantaged. This is what we got. There was no pressure, no arm twisting to pay a few extra dollars over the fair market value, no sleazy tactics usually employed by other dealers. Travis Howard was our salesman and although I'm sure that all of the salespeople are trained to be as professional, diligent, and patient as he was I know for sure you won't be disappointed if you get him. A final complement, the GM, Mr Yiu came to speak to us and spent about an hour talking to us about, cars, his and our family, good places to eat, and other subjects that made us feel like we were part of his family.
