Being sensitive to the fact that we have a impatient 3-year old, prior to our last meeting, Nick has all the paperwork completely ready for us to sign, gave the finance manager a heads up so we didn't have to wait at all when we were there. New Car Purchase When I first stopped in to look at a RX 350 I did not know what to expect. David Song made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I told him that I have been shopping around at other vehicles and just wanted to see what the RX 350 was like and the difference between them. I told David what I wanted on a car and he said we can do that. David showed me an RX 350 with features more than what I need. The vehicle was just outside the door and we were going thru what Lexus has to offer. After going thru the features I was amazed what you could get on a vehicle. Not only did David make sure I got whst I wanted I also upgrade with more options. David took his time to show me the difference in the basic features and the upgrade features. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and not a high pressure salesman (I hate high pressure salesman). David was so pleasant he offered me if I wanted to meet his manager. I met his manager (which I forgot hi name, sorry) and that made all the difference I the world to me. David and I sat down and built the RX 350 with what i wanted and added a few other options. I took the build sheet home, showed my wife what it would cost with what we wanted and what the upgrade would cost. After crunching the numbers, added the upgrade features, I contacted David back, said lets go with one with the upgrade. David located one and had it shipped in. I will definitely purchase another Lexus from David. I highly recommend you contact him to show you around and let him build you a car with what you want on it. He was awesome to work with. More
