Sales Mgr dismissive of my concerns. Horrible 1st experience with Johnson Lexus. Had gps upgrade done and satellite still didn't work. I felt as though that was something that would've been checked. When I met with service Mgr he was dismissive about my concerns. I paid $200 basically for nothing. He was rude and kept cutting me off. My first experience will probably be my last. He said we did what you asked. I explained to him that I know nothing about Lexus and that they were the experts. He was defensive and made me feel not valued as a customer. I left angry and upset with my interaction with him and my experience that day 5/29/23. I wouldn't recommend that dealership for any service. I'll take my Lexus a few miles farther to get satisfaction and hopefully a better customer service experience. On top of that I was told that software upgrade would take 45 minutes. In actuality that took nearly 2.5 hours. I spent the entire memorial day at a dealership that provided horrible service! More
