One thing I hate when buying a car is when you ask questions (about the car) and the salesman doesn't know the answers. Sergio wasn't like that at all. He was able to answer all my questions. He knew everything about the vehicle. Every feature, technical specs, even down to what every button did in the car. Looks like he did his homework on the car before trying to sale it to someone. If I were to purchase another Lexus or trade in for a new one, I'll be asking for him by name. More

Personable and Informative Car-Buying Experience My car buying experience at Johnson Lexus was exceptional. I had never been to the dealership and it has been years since I've purchased a car from a My car buying experience at Johnson Lexus was exceptional. I had never been to the dealership and it has been years since I've purchased a car from a large dealership. I walked in, not knowing where to go exactly, but knowing the name of a salesperson via a car-buying program from my auto insurance. That person directed me to the used vehicle manager who provided the best salesman I could have had, Sergio Escarcega. I knew the car I was interested in purchasing and Sergio knew it top-to-bottom, bumper-to-bumper. As a female, in some past experiences at dealerships, salesmen have come across as patronizing and somewhat condescending when I have asked specific questions. Sergio never once made me feel less than an equal partner in our exchange. Not only was he the consummate gentleman with an abundance of knowledge on the vehicle, he was genuinely concerned that all my questions about the car were answered, before, during and after the test drive. He also explained the process for dropping off vehicles, showed me the repair and maintenance area, explained the Pre-Owned Lexus Certified vehicle warranty. Johnson Lexus is lucky to have a salesperson who is so helpful and genuine--and, there was no doubt of his enthusiasm as well--Sergio really believes in the product he's selling. It took quite a while for the sale to take place--my husband had to come see the car, and I was dealing with my insurance company over a total loss of another vehicle and a car loan as well. A good deal of time was invested and I really appreciated the patience and space the dealership provided as those transactions took place. In the end, I purchased the vehicle--which has an incredible warranty. In fact, when we noticed a small blemish on the car (a minor ding), they immediately arranged to have it repaired. We even got to meet the previous owner (who happens to work there) and the Director of the Pre-Owned Lexus Certified vehicles who owns the same model I purchased. Everyone we dealt with at Johnson Lexus was polite to a fault, professional, but easy-going at the same time. We have two older Lexuses and now this third 2015 model. Beyond Nick, all of the employees at Johnson Lexus went above and beyond to meet me, ask how I was, shake my hand, etc. The delivery agent was thorough, patient and super informative.
