LONG day, but happy customer. We arrived at 12:30pm on a Friday to consider our options for turning in a leased vehicle. We ended up turning the vehicle in, and leasing another Lexus. The customer service was, and is always, top-notch at this dealership, however we did not leave until around 6:00pm that evening! There did not seem to be an unusual number of customers that day, so I'm not sure what the hold-up was. I know the financing process, entering data, etc. takes a while, but we felt this was an extremely long time to get this process done. More
WORTH THE TRIP FROM VIRGINIA! I have been looking for a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED in blizzard pearl with either a gray or black leather interior all over Virginia and the only ones I have been looking for a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED in blizzard pearl with either a gray or black leather interior all over Virginia and the only ones I could find had a beige/tan interior and I had just about given up then in the wee hours of the morning on line, I found my Dream Car in, of all places this AMAZING Lexus Dealership! From the first contact we had with our Sales Person Richard Amadin, when I gave him my credit card number over the phone to hold the car, then when we arrived and met the people at the receptionist desk, until the last people we saw, writing the check to buy it and then the Computer Tech person who taught us how to set up the Navigation and my phone information in the car, we were treated so nicely and you would have thought we were coming to see the most expensive Lexus on the lot! EVERY person we came in contact with were wonderful, knowledgeable, considerate and so kind. We were there for four hours talking and waiting for them to put the final red carpet touches on my 2012 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED IN BLIZZARD PEARL WITH BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR (that looks AMAZING with the faux wood trim). This car looks brand new! Low miles and a great price and it even has PUDDLE LIGHTS and a NAVIGATION SYSTEM! I'm a Jazz Singer in Richmond, Virginia so this is the "Official Diva Mobile"! I absolutely love it! If you weren't so far away, we'd have to come in every now and again just to say hello! Certified Lexus Purchase I saw a vehicle online in which I was interested. I was able to confirm it was available via phone and made contact with a sales person named Sergio E I saw a vehicle online in which I was interested. I was able to confirm it was available via phone and made contact with a sales person named Sergio Escarcega. When I arrived at the dealership and was looking around Sergio found me. He was helpful and friendly and the whole experience was very straight forward. I ended up purchasing the car and Sergio kept me in the loop on an accessory that was included and let me know when it was available. We got a nice tour of the service area - very well kept. More

One of the best things about buying a Lexus (besides getting a luxury quality reliable vehicle) is the dealer experience. Attentive sales staff, pleasant surroundings, and low/no pressure. Visiting Johnson Lexus is like going to Starbucks only better as the refreshments are free, and it's probably cleaner! Initial inquiry about the RX 350 we were interested in was online. Gavin followed up quickly and was prepared with the vehicle we wanted when we arrived at the dealership. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were fully satisfied with our vehicle. Highly recommend. More

My experience at Raleigh Johnson Lexus has been GREAT. Several months ago on a Saturday, I was walking through you used car section with only $10,000 and dreaming that there may be something that would f Several months ago on a Saturday, I was walking through you used car section with only $10,000 and dreaming that there may be something that would fit my budget. Jay Dyer walked up to me and I told him that I realized that I was at a Lexus Dealership with only $10,000 which was really a laughable. However, Jay did not laugh, but took me into his office to check the inventory of used cars (particularly Toyotas), and all the time treating me as if I were a customer with lots of money looking to buy a new Lexus. I told him several times at if he had a big-spending customer, feel free to take care of them first. There was nothing available on that Saturday or some other times in which I stopped by, yet Jay continued to treat me as if I have $100,000 to spend. I stopped by again a couple of weeks ago (on Saturday) and was walking through the used car area. I saw a car that interested me, so I dialed Jay's number, but before I hit the SEND button, Jacob Van Der Kroon approached me and I told him that I only had $10,000 and was looking for a used Toyota. Also, told him that I had been working with Jay and was about to call him. He said Jay was not in but he would help. We went to Jacob's desk and checked to inventory. Same as Jay, Jacob treated me as if if I were buying a new Lexus. I also told him if he had a big-spending customer, feel free to take care of them first. He found a 2009 Toyota Camry XLE which met my needs and was close enough to my $10,000 budget. I ending up buying the car. Jacob's was very patient with me, waited for my wife, then stayed an extra one and a half hours after closing time to do a test drive and the initial paper work for the car. On Monday, Jay came in and completed the transaction. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service, patience, and respect that I, as a small dollar used car customer, received from both Jay and Jacob. I will surely come back to Johnson Lexus for my next (hopefully new car) purchase and I will definitely recommend Jay and Jacob to anyone looking to buy a used or new car.
